I really think, having read this article, that the audio of this contains the bear(s) saying in whatever language the bears have: "Where's the money? You said you'd have the money."]

Meanwhile, Countdown pointed me to this story, which possibly indicates that the mauling bears were not after the money, but merely engaging in alcohol-fueled rebellion.
